Elation Health’s EHR technology had grown by word-of-mouth for years, developing a cult following among physicians, but was not generally well known when they first brought on Uncommon Bold as a partner. Our initial brand strategy work quickly revealed the founders’ true dedication to primary care — rooted in their family’s own medical practice — and their devotion to crafting technology to support the physician-patient relationship. Elation didn’t need a new brand; they needed strategies to authentically grow, celebrate, and communicate the good work they were already doing.
Over the course of our more than five years working together, we have supported Elation through evolving their messaging and design, helped produce impactful primary care content, developed strategic partnerships with organizations including the AAFP, assisted with fundraising cycles, facilitated awards and events, and established and scaled their powerful media relations program.
Through every milestone, Elation has kept their brand values firmly centered — doubling and tripling their metrics while remaining true to their clinician-first mission.
